Only the finest materials are used in your custom home: lifetime warranty in roofing; stick framed, no trusses, everything is 16" on center; Advantech flooring; Pella high efficiency windows; low E, argon filled with exceptional U value. All ceilings are 5/8" board, not 1/2", for structural integrity, sound, insulation value, and fire safety. All homes with a completed security system standard. All craftsmen are meticulously selected for their expertise and have been with the company for many years. A ground up photo album of your home is included for every home showing building practices and standards far beyond building codes or any competitor.
