The home was built by exceptionally good tradesmen. All of which were always pleasant and courteous. They were neat and dependable.

The builder used quality wood, fixtures, windows, etc. There was no skimping anywhere or at any time. The construction was so good that the inspectors were very impressed. They said they never had a builder do such a good job in their town. I owe all of this to Thaddeus Dalakas. From the start, he handled everything so professionally, met up with both neighbors to keep them informed as to what was going to be happening, so everyone was on the same level. He is very unique, always cheerful, never rude. Always returned my calls. He is very straightforward. Tells you like it is. I never missed work. He always worked around my schedule, and to my convenience. He is a perfectionist. Never cut down on quality.
